GRP Silicone Infusion Bag Process
AllScope create GRP mould tools for a wide range of industries and volumes
The AllScope Project GRP Silicone Infusion Bag Process is one of a range of GRP manufacturing methods tailored to the specific needs of your GRP project. It delivers exceptional precision and consistent high-quality results while keeping material waste and time to a minimum.
The silicone infusion process delivers a much more efficient and quality output in comparison to the traditional alternative of the ‘vacuum infusion process’. The silicone infusion bag process requires far less set-up equipment, time and each silicone bag can be reused hundreds of times.
As a single piece silicone membrane, the AllScope Project GRP silicone infusion bag process allows for a faster layup and quicker preparation for resin infusion. It creates a highly airtight environment with consistent resin flow, significantly enhancing overall quality and reducing the need for repeat work thanks to its very low failure rate.

Finished and Sub Assembly
Our products can be supplied in finished form with a gelcoated or painted finish
We also source and include additional fixtures and peripheral fittings to your GRP mould specification including hinges, lights, wheels, locks and signage or decals and shipped directly to a destination for installation / sales.
Sub Assembly
We also supply sub-assembly parts through our supply chain management programme, delivered in line with your in-house manufacture or external projects. These parts are then delivered to you for further accessory fixings, fittings, branding and installation.
