GRP Mould Tools
AllScope create GRP mould tools for a wide range of industries and volumes
Including high precision tolerance levels, new project prototypes and recreation of, or reverse engineering from an existing sample, AllScope GRP provide over 30 years of expertise in GRP Mould Tools.
AllScope GRP provide both open and closed mould tools to produce GRP mouldings.
Open moulds tools utilise the hand-lay laminating process to manufacture GRP mouldings.
Closed mould tools utilise cold press or RTM (resin transfer moulding) laminating processes to manufacture GRP mouldings.
Cold press moulds tools are made up of ‘A’ and ‘B’ surface moulds and are laid up with resin and glass reinforcements and then bolted together or vacuumed together to produce GRP mouldings with a consistent thickness and smooth ‘A’ and ‘B’ surfaces.
The RTM (resin transfer moulding) process utilises a machine to mix the resin and catalyst together and injects the resin into the closed mould tools to produce GRP mouldings with a consistent thickness and smooth ‘A’ and ‘B’ surfaces.
Thanks to the wide ranging benefits GRP and Phenolic GPR mouldings, including light weight and durability (see full GRP benefits list here) [as LINK] we use our turnkey expertise to create GRP moulds for a wide range of industries.
The GRP Silicone Bag Infusion Process offers great precision, high quality, minimal waste, less set-up equipment and can be used several hundred times. Not only that, it provides a quick production turnaround and is easy to store.

Phenolic GRP Mould
GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics) are manufactured to specific tolerances and surface finishes but it is also important to analyse the specification to ensure the most effective production methods are used. We provide design and consultancy support to achieve time effective manufacture, in line with your run-off rate needs.
Long life in production is also important and, after years of experience, the AllScope AccuMould system of GRP mould manufacture produces consistent quality, durability, accuracy and longevity for a wide range of clients including:
Working to international standards with both small and blue chip industries, AllScope provide the expertise in both manufacture and supply delivery management.
Finished and Sub Assembly
Our products can be supplied in finished form with a gelcoated or painted finish
We also source and include additional fixtures and peripheral fittings to your GRP mould specification including hinges, lights, wheels, locks and signage or decals and shipped directly to a destination for installation / sales.
Sub Assembly
We also supply sub-assembly parts through our supply chain management programme, delivered in line with your in-house manufacture or external projects. These parts are then delivered to you for further accessory fixings, fittings, branding and installation.
