How we use your Data

The details we collect from you will be used to contact you in relation to your account, assess eligibility for projects and send you information about our products, services and company.

Whilst you are not obliged to provide a telephone number and email address, it would be useful if we need to contact you about your account or enquiry.

We use 3rd party companies, to process and store information required to enable us to complete the work you have contracted us to complete on your behalf. They are trusted suppliers and we have verified their compliance in accordance with our own standards and have found those to be satisfactory.

What Data We Collect

We collect names, addresses, email, telephone number to administer your account and contact you in relation to your account.

Special Data

We have no requirement and will not collect additional data including Race, Ethnic origin, Political opinions, Religion, Philosophical beliefs, Trade union membership, Genetic data, Biometric data, Health data, Sexual orientation, Sexual behaviour unless you project specifically require this, at which point you will be informed.

Our Promise

Aside from the aforementioned, please be assured that your data is not shared with anyone else.

If you no longer wish for us to hold or process your details, you may request for them to be removed at any time and we will oblige. This can be done by changing your preference via email sent to info@allscope.co.uk

It is possible to ask for some details to be removed, rather than all. Please contact us via email at info@allscope.co.uk for more information on this.

If you decide to leave us, unless specified we will retain your details for 12 months in case you return. If we are required by law to retain data for longer, we will retain the information for as long as the law requires. After that time your details will be deleted in a secure manner.
